Mr. Theuri a graduate of Moi University, Bachelor of Laws Degree second class (Hons) 2003, was admitted into the bar as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya (2005).
Mr. Theuri is the managing partner and head of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department. Mr. Theuri graduated from Moi University, Eldoret with a Bachelor of Laws degree (L.L.B) (Hons) in 2003 and proceeded to enroll for a postgraduate diploma in law at the Kenya School of Law
Mr. Theuri boasts of considerable experience in Litigation and alternative dispute resolution having specialized in these areas of practice since his admission to the bar as an Advocate of the High court of Kenya. Eric brings to the board a wealth of experience in the corporate sector having worked as the Legal Officer, Kenya National Trading Corporation a government parastatal. Whereof he also served as The Corporations Management Representative and spearheaded the drafting of the corporation’s policies and procedures to conform to ISO 9001:2008 standards. He was also instrumental in implementing the Corporation’s staff rationalization programme and reviewed the organizations staff rules and procedures to ensure compliance to the new labour laws and constitution. Eric has been a change management champion in charge of training on change management, corporate governance, statutory risk management and compliance. Mr. Theuri is also a trained draughtsman and has been involved in drafting various pieces of legislation and policy for County Governments.
Mr. Theuri is currently serving as the 50Th Law Society of Kenya President.
